Snow Day – Family Photography Manchester

Over the last few weeks, we’ve had some absolutely magical snow days here in Manchester – and as a family photographer in Manchester, I couldn’t resist making the most of it!

My little boy Dylan has been completely obsessed with Olaf from Frozen this winter (who isn’t, right?), and the moment we saw those first snowflakes falling, we knew exactly what we had to do. I wrapped him up warm, grabbed my camera, and we headed straight to our local park for a little winter adventure.

Capturing Winter Magic in Manchester

There’s something truly special about family photography in Manchester when the city is blanketed in snow. The crisp white surroundings make every smile and giggle pop, and the soft light gives portraits such a dreamy, timeless feel.

I also took the opportunity to test out my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I recently upgraded, and wow – I was completely blown away by the quality of the camera and how beautifully it handled the snowy light. From candid snowball fights to those quiet moments of Dylan admiring the frosty trees, the photos turned out better than I could have imagined. The video footage was just as stunning – smooth, bright, and full of life. 😍
